ADHD coach for you or your child/teen
Affordable ADHD Help
Service Description
Is your child or teen with ADHD driving you crazy? Are you trying to organize a room, but end up with a bigger mess than before? If so, you or your child/teen might benefit from an ADHD coach. As a mom with ADHD with a son who has ADHD, I have done much research to be able to understand the neurology and psychology behind ADHD. In our session, I will ask you questions to help us come up with an action plan to achieve your goals. No goal will be too small or big for discussion. For instance, one of my teen clients needed a section to practice how to solve a conflict with a friend in peaceful terms. Whereas an adult client wanted to better understand the neurotransmitter that his doctor mentioned and ask about tools and systems that can be used to manage ADHD without medications. Another person needed a series of questions for each item she picked up to make sure she could organize her desk. Maybe your teen wants to practice proper communication with elders. Or You need someone to talk to every week to keep you accountable and help you look forward. Whatever goal you have, I will be happy to be part of your journey. I am looking forward to talking with you soon. Live, Love, and Learn. :)
Cancellation Policy
No Show Late Cancellation, and Subscription Policy Community Literacy Lab (CLL) relies on the punctuality and consistency of its customers in order to continue to provide these critical resources. Unfortunately, our ability to provide those services to students is sometimes hampered when students book appointments with our instructors and then do not arrive for their appointments without formally cancelling. When students do not show up for their appointments, other students lose the benefit of scheduling an appointment. No Shows Students with tutoring appointments have fifteen minutes to arrive for their intended appointment. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment’s scheduled start time, you will be considered a No Show. Instructors are no longer obligated to meet with a student who arrives more than 15 minutes late for his/her session, but they may still choose to do so at their discretion. Late Cancellations Students are advised to cancel within 24 hours of their appointment’s schedule start time. However, the CLL recognizes that sometimes advanced notice is not possible. Appointments cancelled within 8 hours of the appointment’s schedule start time (or within 15 minutes after the appointment has already started) are considered Late Cancellations. Late cancellations will be refunded on a case to case. In the event the student attempts to contact the LCC to cancell an appointment outside the LCC’s operating hours, students are advised to leave a message on the LCC’s voice-mail system [(803) 306-5110] or text the number. All No Show and Late Cancellation occurrences are reported through the LCC appointment scheduling and data keeping system. The following outlines permissible actions when multiple No Show and/or Late Cancellations occur: Three (3) No Show and/or Late Cancellations will result in a temporary suspension of appointment-making privileges until the student (over 18) or parent meets with the Director of LCC to clarify the policy. Appointment-making privileges will be restored at the conclusion of the meeting/conversation to clarify the policy. Any subsequent No Show and/or Late Cancellations may result in a permanent revocation of appointment-making privileges. Subsciptions at anytime without penalty.
