Who is Ms. Penny?
Ms. Penny Esterley, a distinguished retiree from the United States Air Force, is the Director at Community Literacy Lab in Sumter, South Carolina. She started the company as a way to give back to the community in 2018. Her Academic Tutoring and Beta Reading services are instrumental in benefitting over 450 students and professionals in over 20 countries around the world. Her company teaches literacy skills in reading, note-taking, handwriting, media, financial, math, technology, community, and family. She has several years of experience working with students of all ages and backgrounds to include English Second Language, Military Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities. She is also the Communications Co-Chair at Access South Carolina Information Technology where she continuously improves communications through the development and maintenance of social and electronic correspondence.
Ms. Penny is American Library Association Approved Librarian. She loves to tell and hear stories, read, cook, volunteer, and spend time outdoors relaxing and enjoying nature.
